Cathy Schneider, Accounting Professional Cathy is a much-respected accounting professional, famous for her unique organization and administrative skills in her career. Secondly, Cathy has been portrayed as a go-getter, while Lynn Morrisson has been portrayed on her profiles as a perfectionist in everything she chooses to do. Personal brand, strengths, and weaknesses I am super energetic in my accounting career. Initially, I worked as a sales assistant in a large retail store, where I would always remain cheerful, and avoided negative emotion. I am excellent at communicating with others and have a connection with all my marketing and accounting clientele (Evans, 2017). The major strengths in my personal brand are my ability to relate to anyone at different levels. On the contrary, the cheerful part made me seem unrealistic and untrue or inexperienced to most clients. Actions to strengthen your personal brand before you graduate Developing individual personal brand is the most important aspect to consider. Before I graduate, I intend to focus on developing my communication skills. At the same time, I have realized the importance of studying my audience and client category. Once I accomplish these objectives, this will help me venture into more diverse fields in my career. In the professional field, teamwork helps in achieving delegated tasks in the most efficient and proficient manner.
